Oxford Half Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Motiv Sports UK Ltd, registered in England & Wales. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or any other social platform.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

  • Employees of the promoter, its group companies, partners, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

  • No purchase necessary.

3. How to Enter

  • Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

  • Entries that are incomplete, invalid, or submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. Opening & Closing Dates

  • The giveaway will open and close on the dates and times stated in the promotional material.

  • Entries received after the stated closing date and time will not be counted.

5. The Prize

The prize includes:

  • Two (2) entries to the 2026 Oxford Half

  • Two (2) Runna six-month subscriptions

The prize:

  • Is non-transferable

  • Has no cash or alternative substitution

  • Must be used for the event year stated

Travel, accommodation, and any other expenses are not included.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.

  • The winner will be contacted using the details provided during entry.

  • If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection

  • Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and fulfilling the prize.

8. General

  • The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
