Terms and Conditions - National Running Show Raffle Competition

Competition Period: Saturday 31st January 2026 and Sunday 1st February 2026

1. Eligibility

1.1. Entry is open to all attendees of the National Running Show on the dates specified above.

1.2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

1.3. Employees of Motiv Sports UK, the National Running Show, the Oxford Half Marathon organisers, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

2.1. Entry details will be provided at the National Running Show venue during the competition period.

2.2. No purchase is necessary to enter the raffle.

2.3. Entry is free of charge.

3. The Prize

3.1. There are five (5) prizes available, each consisting of one Premium Entry to the 2026 Oxford Half Marathon.

3.2. Each Premium Entry includes:

  • Access to Hospitality facilities (private toilets, secure bag drop, dedicated changing area, and post-race food & drink)

  • iTAB Medal Personalisation (name and finish time engraved on medal)

  • Premium Oxford Half merchandise

  • Speedy bib pickup (skip the queue on Saturday when collecting race pack)

3.3. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

3.4. Winners must be able to participate in the 2026 Oxford Half Marathon and meet any eligibility requirements set by the race organisers.

4. Winner Selection

4.1. Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

4.2. The draw will take place during the week commencing 2nd March 2026.

4.3. The decision of the organisers is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Winner Notification

5.1. Winners will be contacted by Friday 6th March 2026 using the contact details provided at entry.

5.2. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the initial notification attempt, or fails to respond, the organisers reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

5.3. Winners may be required to confirm acceptance of their prize and provide additional information as necessary.

6. Data Protection

6.1. Personal information provided during entry will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition.

6.2. By entering, you consent to your personal data being processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

6.3. Winner names may be made available upon request or published for promotional purposes.

7. General Conditions

7.1. The organisers reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if circumstances beyond their reasonable control make it necessary.

7.2. The organisers accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received for any reason.

7.3. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

7.4. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
